I recently led the development of the Frictionless Booking Engine, an AI-powered meeting scheduler that integrates with WhatsApp and Telegram. The goal was to create a seamless scheduling experience that reads natural language commands and checks real-time availability via secure Google Calendar integrations.
The tech stack consisted of n8n for workflow automation, Vector DBs for efficient data storage, and Webhooks for real-time event handling. Our AWS Mumbai-hosted infrastructure securely automates the pipeline in the background.
One of the key challenges was implementing natural language processing to handle user input. We utilized a combination of machine learning algorithms and rule-based systems to achieve this.
