I’m excited to share with you the technical details behind the Weekend Shield AI Voicebot, a project I’ve been working on with the ShahiRaj team. Our goal was to create a robust and scalable solution that provides 24/7 support for businesses, and I’m proud to say we’ve achieved that.
The Weekend Shield AI Voicebot is built using Exotel and AI integration, with the AI component running on AWS Mumbai infrastructure. We’ve implemented a webhook-based architecture that allows us to capture and process incoming calls in real-time.
The AI component uses natural language processing (NLP) to answer FAQs and qualify leads, while the Exotel integration ensures seamless call logging and handling. By leveraging these technologies, we’ve created a solution that’s not only efficient but also highly customizable.
