Building the Digital Concierge: An AI All-in-One Widget for High-Traffic Sites

I recently worked on a project that involved building a digital concierge for high-traffic sites. Our goal was to create an AI All-in-One Widget that could provide instant assistance to visitors and empower the sales team.

Here’s a high-level overview of how we built it:

• We used n8n as our workflow automation tool to integrate various APIs and services.
• We chose Vector DBs as our data storage solution due to their high performance and scalability.
• We utilized Webhooks to establish real-time communication with our widget.

One of the key challenges we faced was ensuring that our widget could handle high traffic without slowing down. We overcame this by leveraging AWS infrastructure and hosting our widget on a Mumbai server.
